1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on fj666. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fj666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players are required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. The use of fictitious names, another person's identity, or any form of misrepresentation during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share access to your account with any third party. fj666 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security practices. 3.4 KYC Verification

fj666 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by fj666. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by fj666 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories — including live dealer tables and sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to active wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. 5.4 Abuse and Exploitation

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

Game availability may vary and fj666 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game disruption during an active wager, fj666's internal logs shall be the authoritative record of the wager outcome. fj666 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a verified technical fault. Winnings resulting from an obvious error — including software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest odds errors on sports betting markets — are not valid and may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on fj666 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market. fj666 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, venue changes, verified corruption, or irregular betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fj666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or its games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial crime through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer environments.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical method to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Abusing the fj666 bonus system in any manner described in Section 5.4 of these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fj666 customer support staff or other users.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the platform in any capacity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fj666 platform — including but not limited to the fj666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of fj666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any fj666 content without the prior written consent of fj666. Any unauthorised use of fj666's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fj666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

fj666's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their fj666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fj666 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fj666 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10 Termination

10.1 Termination by fj666

fj666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where fj666 determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

10.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting fj666 customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, fj666 will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by fj666 — all bonus funds, free spin credits, and any other promotional balances in the account will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances that are not subject to active withdrawal restrictions will be returned as described in Section 10.2.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fj666 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
